Lift Servicing & Maintenance
It is essential that every lift is serviced or maintained by a competent lift company if the building owner is to meet their legal obligations and also to protect their investment.
Omega Lift Services engineers are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure your lift is kept running trouble free at any time. Our engineers have a wide knowledge of all the various manufactures equipment and are able to keep your lift maintained to the highest standard.
We can offer three main types of lift maintenance plan :-
Omega Standard Lift Maintenance Plan
This is our Basic Plan Our engineers will carry out the pre-determined service visits during his normal working day. They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials but excluding the renewal of the gearbox oil. A written report with full details of the condition of the lift will be left with the customer. The engineer will sign and date the work sheet for any follow up enquiry. The Service Plan does not include breakdown costs. These are charged at a set rate for the area.
Omega Premium Lift Maintenance Plan
The Premium Plan is our intermediate contract. Our engineers will carry out the pre-determined service visits during his normal working day. They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials but excluding the renewal of the gearbox oil. A written report with full details of the condition of the lift will be sent to the customer. The engineer will sign and date the work sheet for any follow up enquiry. With our Premium Plan breakdowns for minor adjustments of the apparatus during normal working hours. Outside of normal working hours breakdowns are charged at a set rate for the area.
Omega Comprehensive Lift Maintenance Plan
The Comprehensive Plan is our total peace of mind contract. Our engineers will carry out the pre-determined service visits during his normal working day. They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials required. They will attend to breakdowns during normal working hours and, when considered necessary, will replace or repair, free of charge , as and when necessary to maintain the lift in safe and efficient working order, all parts of the lift. Some exclusions apply. With our Comprehensive Plan you can take the option to include all breakdowns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The extra cost for this will be sent with the servicing quotation.
Prior to acceptance of a lift maintenance plan an engineer will be required to inspect the lift. This will be carried out FREE of charge.
